Refund policy

 

Before placing your order, think carefully about your size and use the size guide that we provide. Remember that each return generates an impact on emissions and waste, help us reduce it. If you are not satisfied with the products received or you have simply changed your mind, you can return them within 30 calendar days after delivery. As long as you do it in the same conditions in which you received it.

 

REFUNDS

Upon package reception, refunds will be credited to the same account as the original purchase. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from the available amount for refund.

The following return shipping costs may apply: Spain & Portugal €5 | Rest of Europe €10

*Returns of defective or damaged items are free of charge.

* For hygienic & sustainable reasons, socks and carabiners are not returnable.

* For orders purchased during the sales campaign with a discount of 50% or more, classified as ‘LAST UNITS’ items are subject to a special exchange and return policy and cannot be exchanged or returned.

* For orders using promotional codes offering free products, such as 'buy one, get one free,' 3x1, 2x1, we do not accept exchanges or returns for the items received. These items are considered final sale unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

 

EXCHANGES

Your first exchange is free of charge. Second and subsequent exchanges cost €5 in Spain & Portugal and €10 in the rest of the EU (free if the item is defective).
