Where are our products made?

All our shoes are made in Spain & Portugal under fair conditions, with respect for our planet and without animal suffering.

What materials are being used In our shoes?

Our shoes are 100% vegan, produced with natural & recycled materials, implementing the latest technologies without the use of toxic chemicals.

  • SOLE: All soles are made of natural & recycled rubber. In some models we also implement recycled materials from other industries such as corn, rice & bottle caps.

  • UPPER: We use different recycled & natural materials like Vegan Suede, Hemp, Natural Cotton, Organic Corduroy, Recycled Denim, Seaqual.

  • OUTSOLE : Made from 100% recycled polyester.

  • LACES: Made from 100% natural cotton.
How do I maintain / clean my Wasted shoes?

Avoid putting them in the washing machine at risk that the recycled materials do not rub off on the canvas.

The sole can be brushed with cold water and Marseille soap.

The upper is recommended to use a damp cloth and Marseille soap.

Wasted shoes are water-resistant, but not entirely water proof. Waterproofing sprays can be applied periodically to the shoe as long as they are adapted to the material. We do not recommend it for hemp models.

Shipping & tracking

How can I track my order?

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an informative email with a follow-up number (transport company). You can track your order directly on the website of the carrier that we indicate.

What are your delivery times?

Once your payment has been confirmed, we guarantee a preparation and shipping time for your order of 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you must add the delivery time.

You will be able to follow the progress of your parcel at any time thanks to the tracking number communicated after your order has been shipped.

Spain
- Delivery in Spain within 2-4 working days.

Europe & UK
- Delivery in Europe within 4 to 7 working days.

Taxes
Our prices have displayed all taxes included. However, orders may be subject to any taxes and customs charges of the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid to the carrier upon delivery. Taxes could be applied during the checkout, depending of your shipping destination.

How much will shipping cost?

We offer free shipping under any purchase above 99€ across the European Union.

For any purchase inside the Eurozone below 99€, shipping costs may apply.

What is our returns & refunds policy?

Before placing your order, think carefully about your size and use the size guide that we provide. Remember that each return generates an impact on emissions and waste, help us reduce it. If you are not satisfied with the products received or you have simply changed your mind, you can return them within 30 calendar days after delivery. As long as you do it in the same conditions in which you received it.


RETURNS

Upon package reception, refunds will be credited to the same account as the original purchase. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from the available amount for refund.

*For orders using promotional codes offering free products, such as 'buy one, get one free,' we do not accept exchanges or returns for the complimentary items received. These items are considered final sale unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

* For hygienic & sustainable reasons, socks and carabiners are not returnable.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges for all shoes and most of items in the store are free of charge. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What is the Wasted account and how do I create it?

Your account WASTEDSHOES is a protected area that allows you to place orders, consult the summary of your orders and modify your personal data.


To create your account:

  • Go to the "Account" section
  • Click on "Create my account"
  • Fill out the form provided for this purpose.

 If you already have a WASTED account:

  • Go to the "Account" section
  • Log in with your e-mail and password. 

To create a WASTED account via your mobile:

  • Go to the main menu at the top left
  • Click on "Account" and then on "Create account"
  • Fill out the form provided for this purpose.

 
If you already have a WASTED account via your mobile:

  • Appointment at the main menu

I forgot my username / password, how to proceed?

I forgot my ID:

Authentication to your Wasted account is done through the email address you communicated during your registration. 

I've lost my passwod

  • In the section «Aaccount»
  • Click on the link «Forgot your password?»
  • Enter your email address. You will then receive a link allowing you to reset your password (Warning: this link can, unfortunately, be found in your spam).

On mobile : 

  • Open the menu on the top left corner, click on "Account", then click on the link «Forgot your password?»
  • Fill in your email address. You will then receive a link allowing you to reset your password (Warning: this link can, unfortunately, be found in your spam). The reception of the password reset email is not immediate, thank you for your patience. Without receiving the mail reset, do not hesitate to contact us.
